Athlone UIF- the worse service

I submitted my claim for UIF in January 2023. All was in order and ideas til my payout was to be on 9 March 2023. I received a sms saying my application was denied in early february and when i went to the Athlone office where i completed my application. A gentleman working there assured me everything is in order and i am to ignore that sms. We are on the month of May. I still have not received my payment. I emailed their queries mailbox, no response. The website as been offline and none of the numbers worl. I have been in contact with the branch manager, Janine Pieterse since April and everytime she gives me an excuse. "Loadshedding" or "end of financial year". Asking for more and more time to work on my claim. I have sent her over 20 emails and she only rep**** probably 4 times. She refuses to give me a call or leave a number that i can contact. I was on unpaid Maternity leave and needed those funds. I still need it. I worked my ass off for years and the one time i claim UIF this is my experience. All my colleagues who were pregnant right before me had no issue and all our paperwork is the same. Nobody answers the phone and i refuse to wait 5 hours in a queue again to be told my claim is in process.
