As of August 2015 I have been struggling to claim

As of August 2015 the Labour department in Germiston have been unhelpful not caring about the people claiming uif. I have been sent back and forth to collect documentation and finally signed for my first payment on the 3rd of December only not to receive it. I have tried several times to contact the Germiston Labour department only to be ignored with the telephone being put down on me to start all over phoning them several times and not getting any answers as to why I have not received my uif claim. I will be going to them on the 6th of January 2016 to claim my second payment and would like to know when will I be receiving my first payment. The amount of frustration to get up 2 o clock in the mornings to go and wait to be assisted and not being assisted. Where are the days when people took pride in their work. I will be continuing to state my case on hellopeter as this is very unexceptable and terribly poor service.
