Arrogancy of Govermant Employees is overrated!!!!

I am very much flabbergasted with the arrogance government employees at Labour Department in Cape Town in the UIF claims section. There is one employee in particular named Primrose Maimane, I don't even understand how she got that job to begin with because she's definitely employed in the wrong place, she is not even capable of taking responsibility of her actions after she incorrectly capture incorrect ID of the UIF claimant and not she doesn't even seem to care, then you want to complaint to the superior and you are send from post to pillar and you resort taking the matter up with the provincial manager, they are never available, State Organs should really start following Batho Pele Principles when dealing with the community
