App**** for Maternity UIF 3 months no payment paid

I app**** for my Maternity UIf 12 December 2014, and was advised that there is an over payment from my last Uif submitted and it will need to be settled from my first Maternity pay, Well clear, not like it was my fault at the first place that their system never picked it up' or if any of the consultant explained the Terms before any Submission,<br> <br> I went back on the 26 Jan and 26 Feb 2015 and was advised that no one has submitted the over payment, it will be done and i need to wait 10 -14 working days Jan 2015, Feb it was 7 to 10 working Days, Who is responsible for making sure that all submitted application are attended to, cause clearly no one seem to be performing their duties, not the consultants nor their Manager otherwise application wouldn't age on the Kempton park Department of labour s systems,<br> <br> Department of LABOUR Kempton Park has indebted me, affected my baby's health and who will pay for all of that? I want my money paid' it was deducted from my salary i am not owing Labour so please do your Job and submit my payment, is not for my own sake is for my new born baby' who has the right to eat and live healthy she is restricted now. i ve waited 3 months already and enoug
