Application of Maternity benefits

On the 15th of December I submitted my maternity benefit application forms. I check every week how far my application is and they tell me the person who is responsible for UI19 forms is on leave. Now they are back they tell me there are a lot of UI19 forms submitted they haven't started with the ones from Phindi Masha.<br> Today I have been trying to call *** all day and if it is not busy no one answers. When you call other numbers they also either busy or no one answers.<br> I have already submitted my UI19 form 4 times already.<br> <br> Now I'm son is 6 months old, I wonder if I will get help.<br> <br> When you arrive there it says working hours is 7:30 - 16:00 but they open doors at 08:00 and start working after having tea and that is after 09:00. Most of the time it is only 2 people working and they also do up and down that we don't understand. People who work at Temba Jubille Mall Labour do as they please.
