Application not processed

I'm very disappointed with the new processes of claiming UIF and the service offered by Labour officials. Last year November, I app**** for UIF and submitted all the requested documents. When I went for signing for payment 2015 January, my documents were not captured and my personal inforation not updated.<br> <br> The beginning on June, I app**** for UIF again and submitted the documents again. I received an sms that my application will be processed. I went for signing for payment twice and the application was not processed. I was sent to the officials who received the documents to make an enquiry.<br> <br> The lady who was assisting me phone one of the officials to process my application and told me that once I receive an sms, I must come back for signing. I haven't received an sms or any correspond from Labour department.<br> <br> What hurt the most is that I always have to borrow money to go to department of labour and its really disappointing that other people don't care about us, unemployed people, how we get there and how are we gonna survive while we are still looking for jobs.<br> <br> I am shattered by this and extremely disappointed. I wish someone would just do something.
