Application for Benefits Siyaya Status - Not Approved/Refused

In 2020 I app**** FOUR time for UIF benefits due to unemployment, but NONE of my claims (out of the four times I tried in 2020) were completed, it stayed in by 'Sent to Assessor'

This year I have app**** TWICE (so far) and on the 08 July 2021 it was 'Siyaya Status - Not Approved/Refused'

I have now app**** for a 'Notice of Appeal' as I would like to know why I am not approved/refused as no reason is communicated to me.

I have been unemployed 365 days with no income, I do not qualify for TERS.

For every company I have every worked I have contributed to UIF and I think its pretty unfair that one can only get UIF Benefits every four years?? As I have been told.

I would like to know why I was denied benefits??
