Application captured but no sent to headoffice

<p>Good day</p> <p>My name is Simphiwe Shongwe Uif Ref no : ********** 13, and I've been on maternity leave since 26-09-2016. I submit my uif papers @ your maponya mall Branch on 14-12-2016 and I've never received any payment since. I went to do a follow-up on my application on 13-01-2016,was told to wait for at least another week. Today 23-01-17 I went to check the status again and I was advised that my application was captured since the day I submitted, but was not sent to head office after 40days. This is so frustrating as my baby doesn't have milk, pampers and clothing, I even changed to the old nappies that I was on daily basis , I don't even have soap for that matter and I'm being kicked out by my landlord tomorrow,as I missed payments two months. I've sold my phone, jewelry and other goods to meet ends, but now I can't cope. Why is this happening to me, but other people get their application processed so quickly but mine is sidelined.
