Application approved but no payment.

I started my application on 09:11:2023 and it was approved, it is now the 4th of January 2024 and I haven’t received my payout still. The Durban CBD branch is the worst of the worst I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, my claim was approved and banking details were verified and I was told I’d be receiving my money but up to this day that hasn’t happened. I’m so very disappointed with this department.
