appalling service the UIF call centre gives new mothers

Please help me. I app**** for maternity benefits in June and have not received any communication from the UIF office, I keep calling and keep being told by rude consultants that my claim is in process no manager/supervisor calls me when I ask to speak to them they drop my calls
