appalling service from DOL

I was retrenched due to Covid19 and when I registered onlinw found that my profile is blocked and should contact customer service. I called that number until I was blue in the face nobody ever answers and attempted the branch but line was worse than the 1994 elections which is high risk of getting sick. can someone at DOL care to advise what is going on as emails arent even answered
