Appalling service

On 8 August 2019 I went to apply for UIF at DoL Rustenburg, the customer service person who was assisting said to me I was going to receive an SMS and I didn't but he gave me a date to come back regardless.

On 10 September 2019 when i went there, I found out they still hadn't processed my application. They asked that i should give them uif19 and the bank form all over again, and once again they said I was going to receive an SMS and I didn't. They gave me a new date (15 october 2019) regardless.
