Appalling Service

My experience at the Kokstad branch was absolutely atrocious. I arrived at 06:30 on 11/11/20 as advised on the day of my application.

The operating hours posted at the premises are Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00, however the doors only opened at 8:30 for the security officer to tell us they are having a meeting until 09:00. Shortly after 09:00 he walked out to tell us that the systems are offline indefinitely.

We waited the untire morning in cold weather and at about 12:00 were told to complete a form with our details in order for the progress of each case to be checked and for us to be called with an update. I waited until closing time however the system issue was not resolved.

On 12/11/20 I returned at about 11:00 as I received no call with an update. There line was long and the sun was blazing down. (There is no overhead cover or seating at this branch)

I waited until it was my turn to be served and when that time came I was told the individual who handles payments had left for the day and I can't be assisted. The time was 15:45.

I have now spent over 16 hours at this branch with zero assistance.
