Annoyed by agent no service

I have been trying to follow up on my online application since monday 17/10/22 however the agents either drop the call or the talk on the background and later mute me without assisting.

It's exhausting to have people in public sector doing such to people who are already frustrated.

Can i have contact details of someone who is willing to answer the phone and assist.
