Angry and annoyed

Can someone please look at my case. I am in Mabiskraal with no money and payment is still not processed. I app**** in August and overtime there are issues now I receive an email that they are still verifying. Why is it when UIF is deducted there are no issues but when they need to pay it out we encounter problems. This is my money I am not applying for a loan. I have logged complaints, called visited the labour center but nothing is happening. Does the government care about South African citizens? This is so wrong and unfair. How do I travel back home?
