An apsolute Nightmare of an entity to deal with

I cannot describe the experience I have had with this entity, I have been unemployed since January 2024 and even though I have done my monthly submissions I have only received 1 payout for the whole year.

I have a list of Case numbers 'A Mile Long' because all email queries are automatically responded to with a Ref No.

I do not know who or where to turn to, It is a nightmare
