Amazing service from Mr B

I had a problem where by my uif Maternity claim wasn't being approved from October 2021, from November 2021 I've been going to Labour in Durban branch but still I wasn't getting the funds, in thier inquiry department they kept on making me sign a payment page and say I must come back on a certain date and the same thing will happen. My husband Google their contact number last week Tuesday and called a person by the name of Sibongiseni Biyase, God bless that man for his work. Mr B said I must come to their offices the following day everything is going to be sorted, guess what, I went, he gave me one of his assessor to check what is the problem with my application and he said that my previous Maternity claim wasn't closed. The assessor sorted the problem and I received my money.

We need more management like Mr Biyase who is dedicated to his working and willing to go an extra mile to help, I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart.
