Am paying tax but not getting all the benefits

I submitted my application forms with all the documents they required on the 6th January 2015 in Benoni. I was told to call after 8 to 9 weeks the number is ***, 9645,9628,9615. After 9 weeks I would call every after 4 days sometimes it rings and ring no reply, sometimes they would transfer my call then I hold and hold then they tell me there's still no money. I went to the department of labour in Benoni several occasions still I was told my application has not been approved I must come back after 10 days. 2 days before I returned to work I went back to them and I was told that the is still no money I need to call them after 10 days on this number *** I have been calling and the is no respond . now it looks as if am borrowing this money and am not. Its not a previlage its my money. when its deducted on my salary I don't have to use my airtime I don't call anyone to deduct it, I don't use money to travelled and ask anyone to deduct but when am suppose to get it I must use my money. Why are we voting if we cant be respected????? this is disgusting <br> <br>
