always being put on hold and empty promises

I app**** for my maternity UIF on the 13th of November 2015 a lady by the name on Nomhle sikala assisted me and told me to come back on the 14th of dec with a paper that i had to gt my gynecologist to sign, when i went back she told me to call her on the 21 st of December of which was the next tuesday, ever since when i call to find out the status if my application im being put on hold for 15-20min, then i got hold of a lady by the name of thelma on the 6th of jan she said she will send my application to be approved and it will take 2-3 days....yesterday when i called to find out what is the delay, the reception lady kept putting me through but no one answered then after 10 min the person who assisted me told me my application was still not approved,..... I fail to understand why and how come im being taken from pillat to post knowing very well when i return to work i wont receive my funds....i work hard just so that uif is deduced from my payslip just so that i should struggle when u need my money so that my accounts be paid on time....now im in arreas because of their incompetence.
