Almost 3 years and still waiting for continuation payment.

My son is turning 3 and I have still not received the continuation of benefits payment due to me. My daughter is due in 3 weeks and I seriously need the funds. I have been calling the UIF Call center almost everyday, sent multiple emails and still nothing. My online status is sent to paymaster since May 2023 after I had to resubmit everything again and again. Each call center agent has a different story, and the last one told me to go to the offices in CBD, How am I supposed to go to CBD as an 8 month pregnant mom after trying to get this sorted for almost 3 years.
