Alleged *******ion and malfeasance

I have since claimed in 2022/07/11 for UIF unemployment and til today I have not been paid, I have followed every procedure and instructions given yet still they refuse to provide me with answers and a solution. This is my 3rd review regarding these malfeasance and I've reached out to newspapers and radio stations for my matter to be heard, this is a possible class action as it may be affecting a lot of people, please help.
