Acknowledge my claim

I am absolutely disgusted by the service at the Labour Department KZN Verulam. I signed a continuation form whilst waiting for my payment i decided to do a follow up and then i was told to apply online. Mind you i did not see the gentleman doing entries for the documents he collected, he said they would sort them out at home because they were pressed for closing time. Take personal documents with ID numbers into your home as if POPIA does not exist. I am disgusted by this mans behaviour, he is dark in complexion and always passes comments while doing his job, this is money that we controbuted while working its not money for Jam
