account/school fees query

I went to the school in January last minute for registration. I got there I found an Indian lady who said she was the principal,she took me through all the requirements for the registration etc.She then told me to rush and deposit an amount of R6800 before the bank closes as I came in the afternoon,that amount was for the registration and uniform and she needed the proof of payment.I then went to Southgate Fnb bank and made the deposit from my own personal account and went back to the school and gave it to her and all was well.I was told I have to make a payment of R2100 every month for the next 11 months which I did for 8 months through the atm and I didn't keep any proof of payment as there was no problems regarding payments until we were told last minute via sms that there's months that were outstanding and according to my records I'm done paying and I even payed for uniform that we didn't even receive and they are now saying the child shouldn't come to school.Its a simple thing that I asked check your bank statement but they keep on asking for proof of payment which I already said I don't have I spoke to the bank they said the account holder must request the proof .
