ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE

I went to the Department of Labour in Welkom Free State to claim UIF. After having to go back severel times becaise every time want something else, I got phoned almost 4 months later and got told that I need to change my surname on my account. I did that, it is the 22nd on December, I was promised that my money would be paid in 5 days from the 18th December. I phoned the Privincial Offices in Bloemfontein at 09:50 today, the RUDE LADY who answered the phone asked who do I want to speak to because they closed at 10:00 and then she chucked the phone down in my ear. So now theu are not opening untill January 2018 and I made arrangements with doctors to pay them today seeing that I already got final notices because I did not receive UIF montly. They have been waiting 6 months for payments from me, which I could not make, now they are going to sue me for not making payment. WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE???? Right from May 2017 I have just received BAD SERVICE from that place, and my money THAT I PAID FOR EVERY MONTH WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO ASK ME FOR IT, HAS NOT BEEM PAID TO ME. I even spoke to Managers at the Labour Department, and even they ignored me. So WHAT THE HELL is wrong with the system there. PLEASE HELP ME
