I have been struggling to get a hold of you guys for some time now, is there someone else that I can contact that want to help me?????

Why does the website keep saying : WE CAN’T LOG YOU IN. CALL THE CALL CENTRE

But then there is still no answer after holding the line for 1hour and 30 min then only to get the call dropped?

Is this wat we are sitting with?
