Absolutely Bad Service, Poor processes

Upon visiting this Dept. for the first time and spending half a day in a queue for 'Enquiries', I was asked to bring back UI19 Forms from my previous employers. It took me 3 weeks to collate all documents. Upon visiting the Dept. today (23/10/15) to return all documents they's asked me to bring back, I was asked for more documents and patronized about my time of arrival to the Dept. I was told to wake up early to be there at 6am if I want to be attended to early. The Dept. Processes are appauling! The staff has no sense of urgency or respect for the people there. People are never informed about anything e.g. lunch - we will just be left there and see for ourselves that employees of the Dept. have gone for lunch. Something has to be done ASAP - it's hard enough that people that are unemployed have to still struggle to get their UIF claims, which they have worked hard for. Worse, to have the Dept. Official that patronizes one and insinuates that he has never seen me there before, implying that I will have to make more visits there for me to get help! I will have to either give up claiming or try another Dept. and hope to get help. I'm demoralized!
