ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE

I have submitted my UIF Maternity claim on the 29th September 2015. I have had to make SIX TRIP to the branch to follow up on the progress of the application. When I app**** i was advised to follow up in SIX WEEKS time if the money is not paid into my account. PLEASE MAY I JUST HIGHLIGHT THAT IT IS NOW 20 WEEKS SINCE I SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION. Can someone please advise of how much longer am i supposed to wait before i get my money. On one occasion the manager assisted me when I was at the branch and told me that the doctors form was not signed...Really..when he could actually see with his own naked eyes that the doctor's signature was on the form! Do these people ever know what they are doing in the first place, are they just there for the monthly salary and neglecting their duties. Come on people you have already received 5 monthly salaries since i submitted my application, must i wait until you receive bonuses and higher positions first before you actually sit down, take us seriously and do your flipping jobs?? I await a call from you people!
