A year later and still no UIF payment

I submitted my claim in Feb. 2015 thru the sandton office and didn't get any feedback. I kept on getting the run around about missing paper work. I escalated the matter to their HQ in Pretoria where I was told everything will be sorted, that was in October and nothing has been sorted instead now no one is saying anything to me. I would like to know what is going on, in fact I would like to get payment. My child is walking and calls me Mama but I still haven't gotten payment that I should have used while I was on maternity leave. Times are hard for me to be running around chasing people that should be doing their jobs and making sure I get what's due to me.
