A CLAIM CAN TAKE MORE THAN 4 MONTHS TO APPROVE

We went to department of labour second week of February 2015. My wife completed the application then we submitted all the documents they required. they told my wife to call them and find out about the application and the telephone number ***. We been trying to get hold of this people past two week no respond, the telephone it ringing but NO RESPOND<br> <br> We went to department of labour every month but Nothing has been done. Now it 4 months no help , To claim can takemore than 4 months..
