9 days late to get money

I have app**** for UIf on the 18 Nov 2019, I was supposed to apply within 12 months after my service termination which was before the 9 Nov 2019, so I appied 9 days later, I didn't know, it never came to my mind to be honest. On the 13 Nov 2019 a good samaritan just ask me if did I app**** for uif, I said no.. she said I was supposed to apply within 12 months, same day I send an email to my previous HR to request my work records form, he send the documents on the 14 Nov 2019...so I app**** UIF in Klerksdorp center on the 18 Nov 2019. I received a rejection sms on 11 March 2020 so due to lockdown I couldn't go to labour office to apply for an appeal as they advised. I have wrote or sent more than 4 emails to labour offices(head office I think) I mean who doesn't need money if I knew I could have app**** first week of 12 months. So 9 days can make me not to get money I need. To go to local labour centers it's not easy, client service it's a problem. My case ref number is ***.

on 31 Jan 2020 Oriyet Poovan responded my email by saying the committee will need a sufficient evidence for the appeal then I rep**** to her email, requesting an advice regarding the evidence as I was 9 days late to file for uif, I further said I wasn't aware abt uif because of the way I left my job, I was just lucky someone advised me few days before closing date (12 months). On the 20 March 2020, Adelaid Nkomane responded by saying it is up to committee decide which information they need on my appeal application. After that I wrote an email to "committee " explaining that I won't be able to provide sufficient evidence as I was not aware of who and who should not apply for uif I was just honest I even said who doesn't need money...even people who have lot of money they need it and even steel it. So 9 days can cost me the money I need to survive me and my family.
