8 months UIF application

Siphindile Matibela, In September 2020 I app**** for UIF claim online until now I haven't received my UIF claim and it's the 1 May 2021, 8 months app**** for UIF, if I knew I don't think I would have app**** for it from beginning, but because I worked for that money I need it I'm jobless yet people are receiving social grants, month to month, I even app**** for it and got declined, because I app**** for UIF. The service is horrible ever since I've been making follow ups only to find out in December they told me some of my documents were missing from my previous work they were closed for December holidays and only got assisted in January, when I uploaded the missing documents in January until now 1 May 2021 every time I call, all the agents tell me my missing documents and aren't uploaded. The service is horrible, I even spoke to a supervisor to escalate the matter till now I haven't got feedback whether my application was successful or unsuccessful, no uif claim I make follow up calls every now and then however I'm not assisted. It's sad how social grants are so quick to get their relief where some of us wait for 8 months for money you worked for that's you don't even receive it.
