6 Months Still No Joy !!! This is Unacceptable !!!!

I app**** for my UIF in March 2023 and till date i have not been paid. I have been to the department of labor in Sandton 3 times and every time they resubmit my documents and still nothing happens. They even confirmed that my document are correct. I have been paying my UIF for 10 years and this is the service i receive ???

I have been calling the call center almost every week since and all they can tell me is that they are escalating the matter. months later and still nothing?

Is this how the government supports and helps its people ? This is something that i paid for years and now i can not get what i have a right to!!

This is Unacceptable !!!!
