6 months still no approval

<p>I have made my first claim with the Randfontein labour department in September last year. Till now no money has been paid to me, I keep going to the labour department to understand what the problem is and no one can give me an explanation. I mean this is really ridiculous I am an unemployed mother of two and what must happen should i go rob a bank or hold the labour department hostage for my money to be paid to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am just trying to claim for what i have paid for in the last 10 years, what is possibly so difficult. I was there last week tuesday and today i call and i get told i have no claim on the system. My id number does not appear for a claim. I am so dissapointed and heart broken. Can SOMEONE ANYONE please ***ist with this </p>
