6 months of following up! Pathetic service!

I've put in my claim in October and still havent got paid! I was told there has been a backlog but for 6 months? Everytime i call its a different story or thay they have escalated my call.. Utter bull****! I called again today and was told that no manager or supervisor was in, how the hell is that possible? This has been by far the worst experience and pathetic service I've ever received. No work ethic whatsoever! I'd be shocked if i even get feedback from this complaint, doubt they care.
