6 MONTHS NO UIF, AFTER BEING TOLD IT WAS APPROVED

My documents was submitted through MomsUifAssist in September 2015(6 months now) and i don't get any answers. Nothing I went to the Benoni branch the 1st of April the consultant just took my id didn't say one word, just wrote on a piece of paper my id number and APPROVED next to it and then he said give it time till the 12th of April. Nothing happened on the 12th and no one at the offices answers my emails, or at the head offices. I cant go sit in the queue every time to get no information or no answers. I worked for my UIF but now i cant get back whats mine.
