5 months with no approval sms

I have submitted all my docs in march this year i have done everything they asked i have phoned in literally every week just to hear they escalated the matter they send to relevant partners i have laid conplaints but still nothing not even a approved sms since march what is the use of paying it monthly if you dont get it when you need it most
