5 months waiting for payment

I app**** for the unemployment benefit in May 2024, after running up and down, calling and emailing every single day I was told my surname needed to be changed at home affairs as I am divorced, I went to home affairs, changed my surname, waited days for the systems to update, I then spoke to Lebo at the uif centre in Pretoria who confirmed that the surname is updated, all is in order and the money will be in my account within 14 days, 14 days passed, no one responded to my emails, I complained and complained and I was eventually contacted by Patricia who advised that I need to come in with a new bank form, marriage certificate and divorce decree( documents that had been given to them 100 times before) I did so 2 weeks ago, spoke to Vusi who does payments and he advised on the Monday that payment would be in my account on Friday, emailed him on Thursday to confirm that all is still in order and was then told the official that does bank verification was on leave and payment was not done, after countless emails he eventually called me back after I threatened to come to the Pretoria office and arrogantly advised that he already told me the official is on leave and apparently they would be submitting the way sheet on 9 October, the bank needs to still be verified and he cannot confirm when I will be paid, I’ve been emailing since to find out if the bank verification has been done and my emails are just ignored, I’ve been waiting for my first payment for 5 months now, I am facing evicting from my home with my little baby and the uif department does not give a ****, this is money that I contributed and is due to me!!! Can someone pay my damn money
