5 Months Waiting For Approval SMS On A UIF Claim

I'm not certain if this would help or not. It has exactly been 5 months since the application of UIF Claim was sent. I have been promised to receive an sms of approval, I have been calling the contact center since September 2021, to date (February 2022) I had never received any sort of communication unless I call to do a follow up which doesn't really help.
