5 months, still no money

iv been unemployed since last year October, the company closed down, submitted everything required by UIF, been going there almost every week and the keep telling me about 7 days, they even **** and said the manager has to sign it off, only to find out no manager has to sign. Germiston UIF dept u have disappointed me in a huge way. the last money that im suppose to balance my life while looking for another job, u are playing with peoples mind. the money i spend coming to complain every week was suppose to help me look for a job and buy my kids bread. even now im told of another 7 days which i know it wont happen, since October.
