5 MONTHS AND STILL NO PAY OUT

I was retrenched as at the end of March 2015, my UIF forms were submitted by my company on behalf of myself, however when I followed up with them afterwoods they told me no application was submitted so I called in and spoke to Tebogo who was in charge at the time, he then told me to submitt via email to UIF. Thereafter I still had not recieved feedback and this was now in July 2015. I called in again they told em to do it online via U-Filing, which I did on the 26.05.2015 via u-filing, thereafter on the 06 July 2015 they rejected my UIF claim saying they did not have documentation. Very frustrated I decided to go to the UIF department in Pretoria UIF Building Cnr WF Nkomo & Sophie de Bruyn Streets. After explaining my entire story as above, they realized that they already had the documents and it was a mistake on their side, I was again told to resubmitt online for the 5th time, which I did on the 10 July 2015 and still have not recieved any payment. They have not paid me anything from April 15 my first month of unemployment. This is really unproffesional as we contribute to this fund all our lives, they take our UIF and no help in return.
