5 Months and counting is UIF and Eskom the same business?

5 Months and still no UIF payment. We started the online application via Sweet dreams on 01 August 2019 and I am still battling to get hold of someone that seems able to assist. I have been dealing with Chrisna from the Vredendal branch but no empathy understanding or it seems knowledge of their online application systems and due to these not willing to help or get someone to help or just generally care. Then I have been phoning Dalleen's offices for a month now and today wa the first day that someone answered and promised that she will call me back... I may even see the wall drop paint before she phones me. I have emailed a few other individuals and as I understand they are fairly high in rank but to name a few... Lorna, Tsepokingsley , Prince, Tshegofatso... but nothing.. nil.. zero feedback as of yet. I have phoned the numbers I have googled online of their cape town and pretoria offices non-stop and NOBODY picks up... Prince's phone goes offline every time i keep phoning him... maybe a defense mechanism of the phone handset f someone tries to phone more than 3 times an hour. so now we have been waiting for 5 months now... my wife have been back at work and Christmas is but 2 weeks away and 4 short days before everybody closes for 2019... WHEN WILL WE GET OUR UIF MONEY??? I am sure you have had your salary and could buy your kids presents????
