40 years of paying UIF, unemployed and claim is rejected without a reason or someone to contact: Shocking!

I have been paying UIF for 40 years. I am unemployed and there is a pandemic on the go and my claim is rejected without a reason. I don't even get given a person I can contact! The call centers are closed and now myself and the family face starvation during this time. Wonderful South Africa, thank you so so much after I have given you 40 years. This is shocking beyond belief!
