4 MONTHS STILL NOT PAID MY UIF CLAIM

I have app**** for maternity benefit on the 31 October 2019, till today I have not been paid, all I am told my claim will be escalated all documents are received but no payment, 4 months with no salary now the lockdown, I am broke, frustrated friends and family have been helping but 4 months its too much now. am I ever going to be paid?
