3 months no payments

I have app**** for my maternity leave on wed 27 May and on 8 july i received an sms saying my claim has been rejected when i went to ask why i was told that they didnt have time to scan my documents i must not worry and come back on the 30 of July to submit an payment letter i went there again and find another guy who told me that my claim had been rejected because i am receiving 100% from the company of which it is not true the company is only paying me 75% he send an email to assessor and ask me to come back on tuesday the 4 Aug i went there again they told me to wait because their system is down after 2 hours wait i was told they ?ould not find the email that was send before they are sending another one i must wait for the reply again i left becouse it was getting late after a whole day of waiting with no response and they gave me another form to bring back on the 30 Aug yet I pay more than 50,00 for transport fee to get there
