3 months after application never received my uif p

Went to uif office in August to make sure all my documents submitted before my baby born, after my I've given birth and waited 6 weeks went back with my newborn baby waited in the queue all day just to hear nothing captured my documents lost,so i went home and went back with my baby in the queue submitted new documents after that my baby was sick due to the fact i was sitting next to a guy with heavy flue, so i received a call from my employer that u filling send some documents to be completed, i went to the office to complete new ui 19, send it back to mail address that was provided now 6 weeks after i called nothing captured again, i didn't receive any income from August, my baby need diapers i can't afford, the bank calling me all the time need payment on my car, i don't even have money to drive back to office, don't know what to do if i call management no one available, they just take a message and no response.
