2years of unpaid uif

its been 2 years since i submitted my uif,i have called numerous times and no success there of..spoke to plenty consultants that have confirmed all documents have been recieved amd everything is in order.havent recieved a single payment up until now..i am a single parent with two kids struggling to find work and to provide.eventully i went into the office and spoke to tsediso who confirmed that everything is in order and that payment will be done in a few days..still nothing. this is unacceptable
