2019 Maternity Claim that is still pending

I worked for a company called SmartPalm from the 1st of April in 2019 I fell pregnant and my baby was due in January of 2020, I contacted an independent UIF service to assist me with my claim Karen@noquif in October of 2019 my documents were completed and sent to no Q UIF to process my claim. My UIF claim was done through the Ufiling, after alot of correspondence with no Q UIF my claim still hadn't been processed by the Department in March of 2020 I received feedback that I should allow the Department of Labour 6weeks before my claim will be updated and reviewed. By May of 2020 I still hadn't received payment and due to lockdown restriction and backlog my case wasn't processed I was informed by No Q UIF to contact Petunia Machobane who informed me to visit my nearest Labour Centre and resubmit my documents I visited the Garankuwa branch for assistance and they assisted me with my UIF unemployment claims as I had been retrenched by SmartPalm in November of 2020 in terms of my maternity benefits I was referred back to the Randburg Branch for assistance my case was reviewed by Margaret Tyelbooi and Barbara Pansegrouw in Feb of 2021. In May of 2021 I returned to the Garankuwa branch as no maternity monies had been paid out and a case for inspections was opened I was informed by the Garankuwa branch that my monies had been paid back to SmartPalm under Ters since my case of inspection I have been dealing with Mr Buntu Vutula who is trying to resolve this matter it's 2 years later and no monies still haven't been paid to me I am still unemployed and can't claim assistance from social services due to this pending case my son receives no Sassa grant and I can't claim the goverment R350 due to this investigation please can someone assist.

In light of everything that has occured over the past 2years Mr Vutula contacted me and requested that I visit my nearest Labour centre today, I was so appalled at the treatment and service at the Malboro branch in Sandton. There are no clear ques people hover at the gate and have to scream and yell at the security for attention once u are acknowledged you told to either come back tomorrow by 7 or dismissed and told to go home without me placing a call to Mr Vutula to tell him about the service at Malboro I wouldn't have been assisted my matter needed a supervisor and I was advised that no supervisor was present to assist me. The staff the Malboro branch is very dimissive they don't even want to look at the paperwork that u have or hear your query the message that kept being relayed was that people needed to leave and go home and come back tomorrow for assistance.
