2 Years and no money yet!!!

I really need help. I lost my job in March 2022. I got all my documentation verified by UIFConnect and filed my claim with the Labour Department in June 2022. I did this online. Since then I have logged calls, emailed and phoned every month for the last 2 years and still have not seen a cent. In the meantime I got a job that pays enough to get me through the month, but I still need to pay back money I borrowed to stay alive for over a year. Now they say I cannot get any money because I'm working. I have sat in queues at the Swellendam office, and the Mosselbay office. I lose time at work because I have to travel quite a bit (which also costs me a lot of money!) The new excuse is now that I have to go the office where I put my claim in. I put my claim in ONLINE!!!
