14 month UIF application

I submitted my UIF forms since last year April in Sandton/Alex. Everything was in order in September. I have been submitting the same document since then because it was not scanned on their system. The weird part is I was told my application was approved but kept being given another date to come check for updates. I eventually moved to Randburgh and have submitting to them for the past two months. They said they will help but all of a sudden they tell me to go back to Sandton/Alex because they have problems of their own. My understanding is nobody is scanning the document on the system, when I went to Randburg, they told me it's an Admin problem!
