14 days still not paid!!!!!!

I was told to go sign for my 3rd payment on 13/12/2021. I did this but they were closed due to a covid case and I had to fill out a UI.16 form and the security gave me one for next year. Once the money is in we must use that date for Jan 2022.

It's 14 days no money received yet...I had to have Christmas and now new years with no form of income to spend.

What happened to my form? It was dropped with security in a box...me and many others..if the centre opens up on 17th and staff were working why have I received no money?

I will expect Jan 2022 and December 2021 payment to be paid together this is not on!..no centres answer their phones and no reply to emails either!!!!

I would like a explanation.
